Many of our products are made-to-order, and many have bespoke options to truly customise them to your requirements.
The quality and unique characteristics of our products make them real investments in your home or business, so we like to take time to confirm that the product and chosen finish is suitable for your needs before confirming an order.

Delivery & Returns
We do not offer an installation service. All Chadder & Co. products must be fitted by a qualified plumber.
We offer curbside delivery only.
Yes, we ship Chadder & Co. products all over the world. Please call 01342 823 243 and we’ll confirm lead times and delivery charges.
Any shortages of goods or goods damaged on delivery must be notified to us, by telephone, email or in writing within 3 working days from the receipt of the goods. It is advisable to unpack and check goods on delivery.
None of the above affects your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described.
Standard products:
Should you wish to return an item, we would be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is returned in its original packaging and in good condition. Returns should be made within 10 days from the receipt of the goods.
Bespoke products:
Bespoke products cannot be returned and orders for bespoke items cannot be cancelled once a deposit has been taken.
Please contact us to enquire about specific product lead times and delivery costs. Courier delivery is available subject to location & stock availability and delivery costs are calculated at the time of placing the order.
Aftercare & Product support
All our Products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for one year from the date of purchase provided that;
They have been fitted by a qualified plumber
The products have been fitted with 1/4 turn cartridges and the water system has been flushed through prior to fitting to avoid damage to the cartridge.
Our cleaning and maintenance program has been followed.
