At Chadder & Co, we specialise in bespoke, made-to-measure bathroom products, crafted with meticulous attention to detail and finished to the highest standard. The unique sizing, exclusive finishes, and tailored craftsmanship of our pieces make each item truly one of a kind—something we’re proud of and renowned for. 
 
As a result, we do not offer refunds on bespoke or customised items. We strongly recommend that customers either visit our showroom or have prior experience with our products before placing a custom order. If you're ordering from afar, we’re more than happy to offer a FaceTime consultation, allowing you to view and inspect items virtually before committing. This helps ensure that what you choose meets your expectations in terms of scale, finish, and aesthetic. 
 
For non-customised stock items, we offer a full refund provided the item is: 
 
Returned within 7 working days of delivery 
 
Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging 
 
Return postage is at the customer’s expense. 
 
If your item arrives damaged in transit, we have insurance in place to protect against courier-related issues. However, as we use trusted couriers and exceptionally strong packaging, we will require clear evidence that the damage occurred during delivery in order to process a claim. 
 
You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to notify us of any missing items or damages. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.
